My Story

Paul M. Neltner, CPA/PFS

I started Camden Investment Co. out of a desire to do more for my clients.

Throughout my career as a CPA, I often noticed a discrepancy between what clients expressed as their financial goals and how their investment portfolios were allocated. I thought I could help clients make sense of the bigger financial picture and better align their investments with their goals.

I studied for and earned the Personal Financial Specialist credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In 2001, I began providing independent investment advice to help clients develop innovative strategies to meet their unique financial goals.

My Career

I began my career with Munninghoff, Lange & Co. CPAs as an intern. Over 38 years at the firm, I have gained extensive experience in accounting, tax, investment advisory, insurance, and financial planning.

Today, I am a Munninghoff, Lange & Co. shareholder and continue to operate as a CPA focused on tax and business advisory. By founding Camden Investments, I can also provide independent advisory services to my clients in pursuit of their financial investment goals.

My Background

Born and raised in Northern Kentucky, I earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Thomas More College (now Thomas More University). I hold the professional designations of Certified Public Accountant and Personal Financial Specialist.

I live in Northern Kentucky with my wife, three children, and our German Shepherd. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking, traveling, exploring the Bourbon Trail, and spending time with family and friends.

I am a lifelong sports fan and devoted 20 years to coaching youth soccer teams. My sports allegiances are not entirely defined by where I live. I root for Notre Dame football, University of Kentucky basketball, United States soccer, and Baltimore Orioles baseball. The name of this firm is a nod to that team’s famous ballpark, Camden Yards.
